0/10 stars. Stopped here on a road trip with my 3 kids and my mom. I looked in the bag before leaving and saw all the items we ordered, so good to go. Left and got back on the interstate. Start passing food out and EVERYTHING SINGLE THING WAS WRONG AND MESSED UP. Every. Single. Thing. For starters, I ordered 3 quesadillas. 2 cheese, and 1 chicken with sour cream. Each one was smashed, jumbled, and cut so poorly they didn't even resemble a quesadilla, more like a wadded up tortilla shell. I wish had taken a picture of even just one of them. My kids who always get a quesadilla asked what I was handing them, because the "quesadilla" was unrecognizable. Plus the one with sour, you guessed it.. Didn't have sour cream or any sauce on it. Ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito with NO nacho cheese, add shredded cheese and potatoes. NOPE. Completely wrong. Just a regular old burrito, nothing as ordered and paid for. The extras cost money, so that's really nice to not even have those added in addition to the wrong order. I have a severe adversion to nacho cheese. I gag and will throw up. I HATE nacho cheese. Read moreUPDATE They are short staff so be patient. It's usually the same 3 people when I do go but they are ALWAYS FRIENDLY. My food still gets messed up sometimes but it's always fresh and no issue to fix it. They actually fix it with a smile and apology which is why I keep going back. You do have to order at the kiosk inside because of them being short staffed so if you're like me and not into that go thru drive thru or use the ap. Give them people a raise Taco Bell! They deserve it. ORIGINAL My food is almost always wrong which is why I barely go here. Get home with my food, wrong again. The manager on duty Crystal offered to remake it if I travel all the way back to taco bell. I asked if I could just keep the food in my fridge and come another day and she said yes but she will only remake my food. I ordered 2 meals so you think they'd offer my drinks too since they messed up but nope. She said I got my drinks so only tacos. After the horrible customer service and food always being messed up this is the LAST place I'll get food from. I'd go wait 5 hours for Wendy's before going to Taco Bell Hannibal again. Read moreI am just letting you know that from my family and I's experience with our order on the taco Bell app from the Hannibal store on market and 61 highway. I did our order for the crave box meals for five dollars. I ordered 4 of the crave box meals and placed my order at 7:50 pm. I received a message stating that my order will be ready at 8:15 pm. We did not get our order until 9:03 pm. Where we had a problem about is first off they had two managers we t out the back door and left three regular employees in the store by their selves doing all of the orders by them self along with people getting the wrong orders along with one of the managers yelling lound enough at the employees to where everyone could hear it and told one of the employees to leave before their shift was over and they are fed up with their additives tonight. In my opinion this is totally unprofessional of the managers that work tonight.
