Discovery Clothing — Local services in Hanover Township

Worst experience I’ve ever had.

I was so excited to go to a Discovery as I had not been to one in almost a year because of the pandemic. I was minding my business, picking out clothes and browsing, when I was rudely screamed at by a customer for not being “six feet away” from her despite being NO WHERE near her. At first I thought she was joking so from the same distance I asked her if she was serious and she continued to shout and tell me that I wasn’t six feet and that she was bothered by me. THE STORE DOES NOT CATER TO YOU!

Apparently she is a regular and has belittled the employees too, as I told the front counter what happened when I was checking out. I have NEVER had an experience like this in ANY store. If you’re afraid of the virus, stay home. Don’t belittle people for your selfish means. Being in PUBLIC means OTHER PEOPLE WILL cross paths or be near you. IT’S INEVITABLE.

Point being, I’m sad to say I will never be here again unless this customer is banned from here. She’s said this to employees and other customers, ultimately costing you customers and business as more people will turn away (which is the last thing anyone needs).

Came into this store for a return of an item I received for Christmas that I didn’t like how it fit with the receipt, was told by “manager” Jessica that there was nothing she could do. She then said I could get a store credit and then took it back saying never mind we can’t do anything. She was super rude and adamant it blows my mind she couldn’t even make one exception because I JUST received the gift and realized it didn’t work. I said “you’re a manager?” Because she seemed unsure at first and it seemed as though she didn’t even know what she was talking about. She said yes and “you’re just a customer” in case she didn’t know customers are who pays her bills and she lost our business for sure. Very disappointed in the disgusting service,this isn’t the first time at this location that I’ve received nasty customer service from sales associates and the laughable management. I’ll stick to the Golf Rd location! They know how to...

Last time I was here I gave the place a 4 star rating this time it's a 1.. first of all the workers are now very rude and have this terrible nasty attitude second of all what kind of employees go around saying negative stuff about the times being sold?? Today I went in to buy some shoes and the workers there "secretly" were talking about the shoes could hurt and damage my feet.. like what? Arent employees supposed to encourage you to buy there items not "secretly" criticize the item and then sell it to you? And next time I'd like to walk in to the store and not feel like I'm being judged...
