This place is not good. It started during the 2021 Covid pandemic. Of course they closed for a short time all eateries did. Since then a major shortage on all condiments. Then they closed again for 2 months to replace staff and find new management, this one just never showed up for work. So we waited. Now my Mexican pizza was coming out cold, cheese on top not melted. I ask for a crispy hard shell taco and add sour cream. But time after time, they consistently give me a taco supreme. I CHECK MY RECIEPT AND THE CASHIER HITS THE SUPREME BUTTON. HERE IS MY PROBLEM. IM ON A FIXED INCOME AND ONLY OCCASIONALLY GO TO THE BELL WHEN I go out to eat. Now the taco supreme is a whopping $2.69-3.29. Depending on location and a regular hard shell taco is $1.29- 1.99. Again depending on location. The sour cream I get extra costs about fifty cents. With that my total runs $3, 51 total with drink. On the other hand that same hard shell taco becomes an automatic supreme which costs me 3.29 for taco. $.50 for sour cream and I was able score a senior drink (free) . But even with the free beverage the total was $3.79. Saving me ($.28) I just think it's unfair to make money off of senior citizens to a huge conglomerate who does not need it. If I didn't love TB so much ,I would stop going there. But I don't. I could save myself tons of money by just checking store receipt and counting your charge. There is no one out there protecting us from fraud s we must champion our own cause. Take back charge of your life, money and health. Peace everyone. And I'll have 1 Mexican pizza and one hard shell taco no tomatoes or lettuce add sour cream....
Read moreI was at this location at 6 pm a few days ago. I didn't want to stop because I was on the way to the hospital to see a family member, but thought to myself "this will be quick and easy" and it'll shut my son up. I was the second person in the drive thru with no one behind me yet. I placed my order and got the window and paid. I waited. I wait. I waited some more. I'm also watching their monitor with my cars location in line (at the window), how long I've been there and all the cars behind me and the length of time they have also been waiting. After 12 minutes a lady told me my food was given to another person and it would be a few minutes to make more. 2 regular tacos, 1 soft taco, nachos and a cheese quesadilla. This couldn't take but 2 minutes to make right? 7 minutes later, so she finally hands me our food and apologized and says to have a nice night. The clock on my cars position had hit 19 minutes and 55 seconds. The car behind me was over 17 minutes. I get that you're busy and mistakes happen but almost 20 minutes for such a simple order? What upsets me the most is that the LEAST they could have done was offer to pay for my food or give me credit for a future...
Read moreLast time I went before tonight, I actually backed out of the drive after 25 minutes. I only waited so long because the people behind me had to give up and back out first. Tonight the lane looked empty so I thought I'd try again. Shouldn't have. There were a few cars on the north side I didn't see. Put in my order, waited 20 some odd minutes, only to get home and find food missing. This place is always slow and never gets stuff right. Save yourself the trouble and try the one on 59 or the one of Golf. You'll break even on drive time and maybe your order will be right.
UPDATE: So, I left that before I ate. I got a few bites into the Nachos Bellgrande and realized the odd taste was the beans. I opened the burrito I got and tasted the beans in there and sure enough, same really odd flavor. I had my wife try it (she'd not gotten Taco Bell and I figured she'd be more impartial) and she actually spit them out. So after waiting 20 minutes, missing my tacos, the food I did manage to make it home with wasn't even edible. Wish I could...
