This place is great and staff are awesome! I was helped out by Ryan, a staff member at the location. I had a stressfull day and needed a pick me up. I emerged from my apartment building to find an empty parking spot where my beloved car should have been. Panic set in as I realized it had been towed Feeling defeated, I trudged through the day, each task feeling heavier than the last. The weight of the world seemed to rest squarely on my shoulders, and my mood darkened with every passing moment. With each step, I longed for a reprieve, something to ease the tension and lift my spirits.

That's when I remembered the one place that had always offered solace in times of trouble: the dispensary. With a glimmer of hope, I made my way there, the anticipation of relief driving me forward.

Stepping through the door, I was greeted by a warm, inviting atmosphere—a stark contrast to the turmoil I had faced all day. The scent of various strains of cannabis filled the air, instantly calming my frazzled nerves.

A friendly staff member named ryan approached me, sensing my need for assistance. With a sympathetic smile, they guided me through the array of options, recommending strains known for their soothing properties. Their genuine kindness and understanding lifted a weight off my shoulders, if only for a moment.

Armed with my chosen remedy, I set out to reclaim the joy that had eluded me all day. With each puff, the tension melted away, replaced by a sense of tranquility and peace. As I basked in the gentle haze of relaxation, the troubles of the day faded into the background, replaced by a newfound sense of contentment.

With a grateful heart, I left the dispensary, ready to embrace the remainder of the day with renewed vigor. Despite the trials and tribulations, I found solace in the simple act of seeking out comfort and allowing myself to be helped. And as the sun dipped below the horizon, casting a warm glow over the city streets, I knew that even on the darkest of days, there was always a glimmer of light waiting to guide me home.

Wow… Just wow… My experience here can be described in one word- superb.

I originally set a course for the nearest Steak 'n Shake, but was both gutted and curious as I arrived to find a sleek, beautiful, brand new establishment: Ivy Hall.

My truck broke down as I turned into the parking lot, within seconds- a handsome man (I later found out his name was Wenel; and he is one of the managers at this fine establishment) was in my rearview mirror, solo pushing my truck into one of their spaces. He asked that I pop the hood so he could take a look while I shop. I was surprised with how accommodating and helpful he was before even knowing what the issue was. (I drive a Ford F-250 Super Duty, and the fact he was able to push this vehicle completely alone was worth the trip on its own).

I was greeted with smiles and a warm hello by the entire staff. Manny helped me place an order at one of their kiosks. I found a freshly harvested 3.5g for under $40!!!! They gave me a tour of all the amazing products on the floor, and it ended with a stop at their immersive terp bar. Not the cheeseburger I had originally set out for- but I was beyond pleased. What began as immense disappointment and hanger, was turned into smiles and laughter by the amazing staff of this establishment.

Upon exiting the store, I noticed Wenel had managed to jump my vehicle as I shopped. With a friendly slap on the hood he let me know “you’re all set friend, don’t forget to drive around before turning it off again.” He then took off in a full sprint around the building, I think he sensed another issue that needed his assistance. I didn’t mind- as he had already helped me more than most people would.

I have always felt very awkward in dispensaries, or really anywhere. But today, that changed when I walked in here. I didn’t catch everyone’s names, but the front desk employee and security guard on 05/08 around 6pm were very kind, along with Flo and Destiny! Flo was very very kind to me, I’ll never forget them. My name is different than the one on my ID, and without hesitation, Flo asked everything needed in order to help me feel accommodated. I was really thankful for our discussion even before discussing products, it genuinely made me feel safer than I ever have anywhere in my life. Along with that, Flo really helped me with picking the best products for my budget, and showed me their favorites in great price range. They showed me the price before I was going to pick my wraps in case something was out of my budget, which I thought was really cool. I was buying for my girlfriend, and Flo asked me what she was like so I could buy the best wraps for her. We picked out these rose pedal ones, and Flo even researched the product since I had a few questions about them as well. The total was $43, before any discounts. 25% on everything for a first time buyer, and along with their discount wheel, I got very lucky and received $10 off my order as well. So something that was $43 now became $27 all through being a customer! And the next time I come in, I will also get 20% off.
