It is so unfortunate to see Managment not taking advantage of the opportunity to help customers. It is approximately 6:45 AM and I have to be work at 7 AM. I ordered some kneepads from Walmart and upon getting to my location I realized that there was only one kneepad in the pair.. so I came back to Customer Service a few days later to exchange the kneepads for a full set. Upon arrival, there was only a handful of customers in the entire store. The manager was right next to the customer service desk and simply refused to help me even though I explained that I have to be at work at seven Customer Service opens at seven she said if I have to help you, I have to help everyone I said ma’am, there’s no one in the store. She said well this lady needed help too. I said so why don’t you just help us both she refused to help us stating that customers requested the customer service desk be open later I personally don’t understand why the customer service would be closed at all. There shouldn’t be customer service hours if you’re open you should be able to take items back. in fact, it’s a 30 day return policy by law. You’re required to take items back within those 30 days regardless of store hours. You simply can’t choose what time you wanna take items back within a certain window. I thought this was completely unprofessional, considering that she had the opportunity to help two people in need and chose not to upon leaving I saw the general manager Ashley on the Window and her phone number so the first thing I did was call the number and to my surprise the number is just a random store not a cell phone or a direct line or even a place to leave a message how convenient that you are the store manager and you did not leave a way to leave a message for your customers. The floor manager, Samantha could have made a choice today to help two customers in need at their slowest time of the day unfortunately she chose to ignore us and allowed two customers to leave without being helped most Walmart. You don’t even have a choice you have to use self checkout. If this is the case why do we even need a manager to do returns? We’re doing everything else on our own already, we might as well return our own items as well. The system is broken and shouldn’t be tailored to their convenience. We are customers if you’re open at 5 AM you should take returns at 5 AM if you close at 10 PM you should take returns till 10 PM. Do better Walmart you make trillions of dollars and profit per year and you can’t even get customers to return items in a...
Read moreI started visiting this store only because it's a short walk from Planet Fitness, so it saves me driving time if I need an item or two. Sure, the prices are a few cents cheaper on most things, and I guess I learned today how they manage to keep prices low. I had spent about 20 minutes looking for a novelty T-shirt for an upcoming party, and I was delighted to find one I really liked and in my size and only $14.87! I waited a few minutes for an empty checkout stand, and started scanning my items. Next thing, the attendant comes running over, and starts working the scanner with her ID's' and passwords. "You can not buy this shirt" "Why not?" "The computer says it's not to be sold" "Why" "Maybe something wrong with it, I don't know" "I want the shirt, can I speak with a manager" [Gets an manager] Pretty much the same story. "Can we get your manager" An apparent higher-level manager appears in a short while. But she refuses to acknowledge my presence! "She says we can't sell you the shirt" "Is it just this particular shirt. Maybe there's another one of the same type that it's OK to buy? "Maybe you could go back there ( a long walk to the menswear dept.) and try that" Try what? How would I know? There were no signs or tags to tell me the shirt wasn't for sale. It was in a rack with a bunch of other novelty shirts. You get the idea. Can you imagine a more frustrating experience? No employee empowerment. No sense of how to resolve a customer situation. Evidently, no employee training in customer service, even at the manager level. They just work the computers and watch for shoplifters. Just a world of robots and human stupidity. This was entirely their system problem, but they didn't care if it became my problem. But low, low prices!! Good luck folks, pretty soon it will just be Wal-Mart, Amazon, and maybe Costco. And hopefully Wegmans will still be around. Their employees know how to treat a customer in a...
Read moreready to walk into this place and be frustrated. I placed an online order of a 16 x 20 picture canvas. After maybe about 3 hours I called the store and spoke to an employee at the Photo Department, she told me that for sure the order was going to be ready today, all I have to do was wait for a “ready-for-pick-up email/text”. About 4 hours later, I receive the email saying my order was complete and ready for pickup. I drove 45 mins to get there, and when I did my order was half done. The employee that was there had no clue of the order I placed and didn’t understand why I had received the confirmation email when the order was not ready.
My picture was printed but not mounted on to the canvas. I had a huge picture printed out flat, with no canvas, as I had ordered and paid for.No one called me to notify me something was wrong with my order. No one told me the picture was not assembled as a canvas but yet I received a confirmation saying my order was ready for pick up. After 1 hour of going back and forth with the staff, I finally told the lady I wanted my refund. She gave me a slip and told me to go to the customer service and get my refund. So I walked over there and the manager by name of KAPUL came and just simply said there was nothing she could do. I tried to talk to her and explain what happened and she completely cut me off and said there was nothing she could do. Very rude, unprofessional and impatient. The nice employee at customer service found a way to get me my refund and I finally walked out about 2 hours After. Horrible experience, will not be back again. Make sure your order is completely ready for pickup before...
