Gadget Techs save me $1,000.00! My iPhone 11 had and unfortunate run in with my pickup truck door and the back of the of the case was crushed... literally the mother board of the phone was exposed! Although the phone still turned on it was doomed to a very short life and I was pretty much resigned to the fact that I would have to cough up big bucks to replace it. But heck, I had always had a great experience with these guys so I drove up to Hanover from Plymouth to have them take a look and assess the situation to confirm that there was little to no hope. And what do you know??? Dan just HAPPENED to have an iPhone 11 chasis (case) in the back and was able to remove the guts of my phone and insert it into the new case. It looks and works like a brand new phone! Dan performed a major transplant which was no small miracle to me. The cost for the 'surgery' was extremely fair as I am sure it took him awhile and the cost and hassle of replacing would have been an expensive bummer. Thank you Dan. Thank you Tom. Dropped off two computers ,had to reach out within 2 weeks for both of them as the customer service was non existent. We are now at 1 month for one of the computers and I'm still reaching out and trying to figure out if they can fix it or not this is very poor customer service. There was no online feud and his employee was never a friend. I find it strange the owner who reached out to me personally agreed with my complaint and said it was valid is now trying to re write history. This edit was made on 5-14-2022. The computer they did fix literally has clear yellow tape holding the back of the chassis together.The CD drive if pushed to hard goes into the case and I have to push the eject button to pull it...
