I placed an order and was initially quite disappointed as it was taking awhile and I wasn't hearing from the shop. The owner then personally called me, made it right on the order, and spent time trying to figure out why the communications were not recieved. He was genuinely concerned and worked to troubleshoot. It appears to have been an issue with the Shop app. Regardless, the owner made no excuses and got it right. The items arrived -- well-crafted w personality. This is a great place for American made signs. They are all hand made and painted in their workshop. I was a part of production for a bit and it was fun good job with good people as my coworkers. Pay was pretty nice too. If they are still looking for people send an application there. It's a great first job and they help you with recommendations. The owner and mangers were great people and understood I needed to find a better paying job and accommodated for that. I can personally guaranty their quality with my time there as a worker and worth the money...

It is IMPOSSIBLE to actually get someone on the phone /email response. I ordered a special personalized Wedding Gift and received it with Brides name spelled wrong. I was super excited to order from Rustic Marlin, it is bad business to not even have a customer service # for issues. The number listed says "press 1 to leave a message", "1" says "this key is not valid". Really Really disappointed, i saw them featured on TV and wanted to support local small business.
