Macy's — Local services in Hanover

I’m not even sure how to review this experience Friday May 18th 2018 I got locked in the dressing room at this location. It was so terrible and I had a major anxiety attack. Finally after they passed me a screw driver threw the slats and I took off the handle and that did not work they released it fro Other side. I was sweating and shaking and visually upset while the GM and several other employees along with customers where there. The GM took my name exclaiming how sorry she was and how they would like to send me something for my worry. What a joke she never even called to ask me if I was ok!!! Which I am not!! I am still totally freaked out!!! I suffer from claustrophobia and anxiety so this was probably the worst thing that could happen. Totally disappointed that Macy’s never...

First, I had to walk the entire first floor, despite my physical issues, to find ONE clerk monitoring the entire women's section. Then, she showed me to the one, very small rack of plus size items that were just a few pants to be told the dresses and nicer wear would have to be ordered and most likely couldn't get here in time for the party I'm going to next week. She was very nice and apologized, but indicated that anything over 14-16 was online only from now on, at least at this store (haven't checked others). Checked online....6 days to get a dress to try on. I have $ to spend, but apparently because I don't have a thyroid I just need to wear a sack or stay home! No more Macy's for me. Going to try ordering 6 dresses from Amazon to get 1 that works...

(First off all the fragrances here ARE NOT displayed! Venders should know. They set those up so people can see, use and know their product. Not one tester is on the counter as if they expect theft. Not ok)

This place is awful! I went in wanting to pick up or at least smell the new bad boy elixer. I walked by an employee we said good morning and I walked over to the men's fragrance isle. Then a woman came up and she helped her. (I was ok with this). I waited till the other woman left as she then went to help an employee both there after me.
