Great location, very good prices, sales, and store coupons(sadly they do not accept manufacturer coupons). This store is well staffed with kind, helpful people that pay attention and keep the checkout lines moving right along, the store clean and stocked, and all else in good order. I have always experienced good customer service, in my 5+ visits already since their Grand Opening 3 weeks ago. They aren't usually crazy busy, but seem to keep a pretty steady flow of customers most of the time. There is oodles of parking, including many handicap spaces, and a reserved Family Space close to the door. It isn't a huge building, but they have plenty of space to have a pretty good selection and wide array of products. Of course they carry Groceries, Supplements, some Health & First Aid items, Toiletries and Hygienes, along with the usual Household Grocery Store items. They also have a small Home section featuring a few things like sheets, bathroom decor, rugs, kitchen accessories & utensils, even a few nic-nacs & organizers, as well as some lawn & garden tools & supplies. This Grocery Outlet really does have a bit of it all, they didn't forget the kiddos either with a short shelf or 2 of smaller toys, and they even threw in a little display of women's cami's and active leggings, and some scarfs, socks & undies for the whole family😊 I think I may have even saw 2 or 3 kinds of shoes there somewhere. Anyways it's not a real small, or super big store, but it is decent sized and they have a good variety and selection of very fairly and affordably priced items. Other stores have come and gone at this location (under 5mins from my house, and so easily accessible) with Safeway, and now Fred Meyers also to compete with, leaving my nearest shopping center empty and closed for almost a year, so I am very for it to be open again, and an even happier to have this Grocery Outlet available so close to run to wether I need groceries for the family or just a gallon of milk, paper towels,...

Read moreI used to frequently stop in and check out the deals at this grocery outlet. It's one of their nicer stores. The staff used to be excellent, however they replaced most of those great people with young people that have no idea what the meaning of customer service is. I had selected an item because it had the incorrect price posted. Instead of apologizing for the error, she blamed me for not seeing the correct price even though 2 were clearly posted and i had only seen one. I was appalled at the lack of courtesy and the desire to only absolve herself from blame. When attempting to explain how this was bad customer service, she further exacerbated the situation by walking away and had someone else complete the sale instead. This is when the young guy with the crooked hat began to chime in his 2 cents as well. He literally threatened me with physical violence and followed me out of the store. Truly sad as i used to stop in about once a week and spend $25-30 each trip. Is 100-120 a month going to bankrupt grocery outlet? Probably not but i can't believe that I'm the only customer these kids are rude to. If they do it to just 5, that's now 500-600 a month that they're missing. 10 people? 1000-1200. It starts to add up quickly. They don't get that. The girls are more concerned with their caked on makeup than customers and the boy with the hat is a, complete waste of life and otherwise good carbon matter. I'll never...
