If you ever wanted to test your gastrointestinal fortitude while standing in line for what feels like an eternity, this is your place! A culinary mecca of four-wheeled wonders, where every food truck promises a unique dining experience that ranges from "Oh, this is surprisingly good!" to "Why did I think eating here was a good idea?"

Let’s start with the ambiance: Imagine a bustling outdoor market meets a crowded parking lot, with a hint of diesel fumes to really whet your appetite. The lines are longer than a DMV visit on a Monday morning, but hey, it’s all part of the charm, right?

The food is, well, diverse. Where else can you enjoy a sushi burrito, deep-fried Oreos, and a quinoa kale salad in one sitting? It’s a festival of flavors, assuming you don’t mind the occasional bout of indigestion. But fear not, there’s always a truck serving artisanal ginger ale or kombucha to calm your stomach.

The staff? They range from overly enthusiastic hipsters who explain every ingredient like you’ve never heard of basil before, to grumpy chefs who look like they’ve been awake for 72 hours straight. But it’s all good fun, and part of the “experience.”

Overall, four stars for the sheer variety and the spectacle of it all. If you’re into food adventures and enjoy a good people-watching session, this place is a must-visit. Just maybe bring some antacids, and a lot...

I never even knew this place was there my sister took me you would never know a adult Disney land would be in the housing community a big park close too with Awsome playground, This place was so Awsome bathrooms right when you walk in too & way nice indoor and outdoor they have a massive 6 truck garage and really nice high class every type of food imaginable all around the garage and doors of garage are open so the food so good & fresh whatever you order they make everything right then so fresh as possible I got best Short ribs & macaroni salad regular thousand Island side salad and rice and 6 of BBQ ribs that truly nwas best short ribs iv ever had , the Tables are big Beautiful Slabs of Trees and even a bar too so we got glass of good wine too , amazing service they give you a pager that goes off when you're foods ready My sister got the Fish Tacos with a green sauce homemade too best Hawaiian sodas too soda or anything you imagine 20-30 shops set up and just truly my new favorite place cuz of all the varieties of food it's for every member of family and just best food truly iv had this year for all ages too check this place...

We've been here a couple of times as a family and it's great. Love the variety of food available. There are about 15 carts give or take, and we've sampled items from 4 carts so far. It can get spendy if you want to try several things, but it's all been delicious so far. Love tables and benches inside and out...lots of seating. There is an indoor space with a beer bar. The carts are partially covered by the building's over hang, so even if it was raining you could stay dry. There is a parking lot, which is also great. We'll be back!

Update: At this point, we've visited many times. Now and then carts go and new carts take their place. Great variety. We love the sushi at Wasabi. The ramen and crab puffs at Sakura is amazing.
