What a terrible experience! I booked my daughters’ 11th birthday a month in advance here. I walked in to book the party and the receptionist told me it would take about one hour to an hour and a half for all the girls to have their nails done. I was also given the prices up front. The day of the party I was then told the prices were going to be higher as some girls were 11. I have no problem paying the higher amount but this information should have been given to me. Then, two of our guests had been running late and although we still had 30 minutes left in our party the salon refused to give two 10 year old girls a manicure telling us they were late. The two women I dealt with were rude and incredibly unprofessional. We still had 30 minutes left (though originally I was told we had up to an hour and a half then it went to an hour and at one point one of the women told me it was only a half hour and even tried to tell me I booked it on the phone with her!) and it only took 10-15 minutes for the other girls to get their manicure. What kind of salon is so unprofessional that they’d let two young girls sit there and be excluded from a party? This was just atrocious. When telling the other parents, they were not surprised and many shared terrible things they’ve heard about the salon including how unclean it is. This was such a disappointing experience and really put a damper on my daughters’ birthday. It’s Vogue Nails...

I really enjoy this salon, it is clean and comfortable. I really like the receptionists Brittany who helped me monitor my phone for an emergency call while I was getting my eyelash extensions filled this evening. Thank you Brittany! And I love Nancy, who has been doing my nails for about 2 years now and my eyelash extensions for 3 months. Nancy is absolutely fantastic at everything she does and has such a great positive attitude. I have wanted to get eyelash extensions for a while now but was worried about potential damage to my natural ones. I finally decided to trust Nancy to do them and I am SO happy. No joke, I feel like these lashes gave me a face lift! I knew she would do a good job because of her attention to detail and because of the fact that she really cares. I new Nancy was my girl the first time I got my nails done by her. At the end she eagerly asked me, what I thought of my nails. To which I responded, “I love them they are perfect!”. Then she gave me the biggest smile and said, “Thank you! I do the best I can every time!”. Her response was so genuinely sweet, and I was so impressed that I won’t go to anyone else. I highly recommend getting services done...

I tried a few different nail salons before i settled on Iris. Tinny does great at manicures. (I don't do pedicures: feet are a no-no for me!!! You no touch my feet, i no gross out! 🤣) I have brutally thin & weak nails- always have. I used to carry nail clippers with me at all times, because picking up a package could split or break off a nail, opening a pop can could cause my nail to split to the quick. Finally, a good friend suggested that i get a manicure to strengthen my nails. What? How is having someone messing with my nails going to strengthen them? But whatever, it was a good excuse to hang with my wife & my bestie on a saturday afternoon. Best idea ever! I can now drum my nails on a countertop & they don't bend, split or break! Also, it sounds really cool! 😆 So, if i'm going thru the time & hassle & cost to get a manicure, i may as well have some fun while i'm at it: colors!!! Enjoy the slide show.
