Terrible customer service. The salesman who helped us didn’t even bother to introduce himself and was clearly not interested in making a sale. He showed us a car that he had been personally driving which had trash in it and that he had clearly been smoking in. We would have been interested in purchasing if it had not had so much cigarette smell in it. We drove an SUV that we did like but when we went in to discuss price he was completely uniterested ans dismissive. He said they could not take anything off of the list price at all. Even when we showed him the same car at other dealerships (same year, trim, similar mileage) for $3-4k less than they were asking. Now I understand that sometimes a dealership can’t go much lower on their listed price but I think I’m this case they were significantly overpriced for the market. But more importantly there was no customer service. The salesman was rude and made no effort to be helpful at all or even just polite in saying they could not come down on price. He didn’t know this but we were also in the market for a new truck and a car for our teenager and had he been even slightly helpful he likely could have had 3 sales. But now we will never make a purchase from there. I do not recommend buying from this dealership due to their poor customer service and being seriously over priced...

Went & saw Gary about a Focus st. I arranged a meeting with him & we texted a bit back & forth. It was about a two hour drive, and we're glad we made the trip. Gary left me alone to look it over, then handed me the keys. So, I took the spouse to check out passenger stuff, and I drove it a bit. I suppose I could have driven all day.... or at least the 172 miles until I needed gas. I was never told.

They got the paperwork done pretty fast. They also got the payment & terms the way I wanted. Keith, the finance guy, explained everything to me as I signed all the papers. Then I got a hat..... even one for the spouse. We look cool now. Steve McQueen cool.

These guys didn't pressure me on anything. Although I was an easy sale, I never felt pushed or rushed. Just a couple of guys talking cars.

Also, I don't really like stuff like buying cars, but, these guys made it as painless as possible....

Good friend had them look at his transmission on his GMC. After being there close to a week, they informed him that all the solenoids ohmed out in the transmission. The vehicle was picked up and unrepaired and brought to me. Within 10 minutes I fixed the issue on the transmission control module. It was in plain sight.. clearly, if a meter was put to this, this would’ve been obvious. Just because it’s a dealership doesn’t mean you’re getting better mechanical work you’re just getting charged a higher rate. 50 cent fix. Remember, dealerships are just parts replacers they’ll keep replacing parts or tell you it needs it just because of a code. It’s called diagnosing a vehicle and...
