If the one star was for anything at all, it would be for the outstanding customer service amongst the ladies helping with customers.

Not leaving this review based on the most recent medication I needed but it’s something every single time I need medication for myself or family. This time, they transferred a refill over only to tell me they cannot fill it (when another pharmacy was willing to). The time before that, they did not have enough children’s amoxicillin in stock but filled a partial. Why would they fill some of the prescription only to leave me having to make a trip back? This has happened time and time again. I have chronic migraines as well and just this past Weekend they accepted perscription only to tell me I would have to come back on Monday! With 3 family members on medication, at this rate we are visiting the store 3 times a week! They will never get it...

I hate to leave such a negative review after having been a customer here for years, but today was the end of my patience with this business. Absurdly long wait times aside (todays was 42 minutes to pick up medication that has been called in since early this afternoon.. it’s nearly 6pm now), despite it being brought to their staffs attention on multiple occasions, they have consistently forgotten a medication I receive monthly. In this instance, I had already waited 42 minutes, and then I was asked to pull around and wait once again. First time using this pharmacy and will NEVER GO BACK had a prescription field here and filled out the paperwork and listed all of my allergies and waited for them to fill my prescription and not once did they ask me about it they field it with a medication that had a ingredient that I was highly allergic to went back today to have it fixed talked to the manager she was understanding and did fix it but when I checked out she said that once we get to know you this wont happens again I am sorry that just dont sit right with me that told me we dont care about you...
