Barely any vape products. I understand it's a smoke shop, not a vape shop so it's whatever. They have maybe 3 different brands of vape juice. The girl behind the counter knew NOTHING about the products! Rather than educate herself she handed me a paper with the description of the flavors of juice they had. Geez at least act like you know.. One of my worst customer experiences. She also seemed kind of out of it like she was in another place and needed to come back to earth. Asked about a vape mod and she knew nothing about it, just that it's "been there since she started." Doesn't know much about the coals for the hookahs other than the brand name which is on the box so no recommendations there either. Rather than worrying about the music and dancing behind the counter she should go learn about the products she's trying to sell. I'm a salesperson myself and you can't sell if you don't know your products unless the buyer is knowledgeable about what the store carries (ie...

I’ve bought about 20 coils from this place over the last 15 months or so. I bought one, for $9.99, and took it home and installed it but it was a bad coil and wouldn’t burn. I tried to take it back the next day with a receipt and they wouldn’t swap it out for a new one. The guy I talked to literally said “what do you want me to do about it?” They told me all sales are final. I told them I didn’t want my money back, just a replacement coil for the one I had bought from them that didn’t work. Came here just for a simple starter vape and juices and such so i can quit cigarettes. They gave me multiple options for vapes but I bought one that would pretty much last awhile, they had a variety of juices for me to choose from and the staff recommended a battery charger versus charging the battery in the mod. I spent less than $150 for the total set up but they answered every single question I had and I could not be happier!

Now I will be going back to get a menthol, mint type flavor juice. If they dont have it I'm rating them a 1 star (I'm kidding).
