Exotic Berry Frozen Yogurt — Local services in Harlingen

This place used to be my favorite place to go for a desert, but as time passes by, it's been getting worst and worst. Every time I would go they would always had unleast a new flavor, now they are all always the same. With in this past two months some of the machines are close only a few are open. I ask them why, and they said cause its seasonal, only few are going to be open. Anyways, to make things worst, the few that are open, some, not all, it's not frozen yogurt any more but all liquid. I told the employee and all they said was, "yeah, they been coming out like that" I told them to let the boss know, unless the boss plan is for customers to stop going.. cause it's working, I'll probably wont go and give it some time see if its gets better or even worse, hope they fix the issue cause I really like this place... otherwise, I wont be surprise if it get shut down due to lack of customers, then they...

This is the fourth time I have come here. The first three times I was 5 star happy with service and my fresh pressed juice. This fourth time was not so great. I have to give it a two for the juice. The first one she gave me took over 20 minutes to make and then it had so much ginger in it I couldn't drink it. Her attitude was a little annoyed with me until I mentioned that I had had this juice before and it didn't taste like that. She did make me another. It was tolerable. I was craving boba so bad … and this is the 3rd time I’ve tried this place and I’m always disappointed . When I say FRAPPÉ , I mean frappé . Ik I’m not crazy , and frappe means BLENDED WITH ICE right ? and every single time … they give it to me watery .

Today , the girl gave it to me super watery …. Didn’t ask me what size I wanted , and also didn’t ask me what flavor I wanted mixed w my ginger shot either .
