Peter Piper Pizza — Restaurant in Harlingen

If I could rate this staff and the experience and the cleanliness and friendliness of this restaurant, it would be a 0. Horrible customer service from a manager by the name of Jesus. Ugly attitude from a lady by the name of Heaven and the man working the buffet. So today I decided to take me and my little girl to enjoy a buffet. When I arrived at the buffet area, the man working the buffet rolled his eyes at me when I requested a certain pizza. I just let it go and went on too the salad bar. There was lettuce and dressing everywhere. No napkins insight. As I sat down to eat my salad, the manager by the name of Jesus was talking to a customer who happened to scratch her head and went on to touch the pizza slicer. When I saw that, it was so gross I lost my appetite. I brought my concern to his attention and according to him, he didn't notice what she had done. I reminded him that it's the way for hair to get on the food. I did notice a box of plastic gloves but apparently Jesus says its and option and could not control what the customers did. He and the other gentlemen working the buffet (the one that sets the pizza's out on the buffet) seemed extremely frustrated and overwhelmed. I nor any other customer should be of fault of this. Jesus did refund me back but the entire situation was very, very sad. Sad service and very bad manners. To end our experience, my little girl played a couple of games and said that the lady who was working the prize table was very rude and pushy. My little one said she was sighing and rolled her eyes at her a few times. My little girl said her name was Heaven? Over all I don't recommend this pizza joint and I would not recommend anyone to go there either. Upper management needs to retrain and seriously needs too consider who they make...

Had my sons first birthday party here and the service was terrible! Our designated host was never around and left our tables dirty during our entire visit! We ordered extra pizzas besides the ones that came with the kids package and extra small drinks for the other guests. We'll they took it upon themselves to charge us for all large drinks! The package also included a free picture of the birthday boy and an announcement of his name for the special guests! Didn't get either of those things! I learned my lesson and will never be going back, not even just to eat because I've noticed that they've greatly lowered their standards! If you're planning a child's party do yourself a favor and go to Chuck E Cheese!

11/18/21 Had to edit my review because it doesn't allow you to write another one! I noticed the response to my original review had a reply from the company but by he looks of it any bad reviews seem to get the same response. Almost as if it were self generated. I contacted them in regards to there response and received an email stating they would address this to the main management team and they would contact me with a resolvement I assume. Well here we are with no response from them so I just want to thank you for absolutely nothing!

11/21/21 I was contacted by Mrs. Jacqueline Gutierrez Head of Social Media Group on behalf of Pizza Properties Inc. who owns Peter Piper Pizza. I was informed by her that I was to now be contacted by the store manager at this Peter Piper location. Till this day no effort has been made to contact me nor Mrs. Gutierrez given an attempt to follow up! At this point I have given up on any resolvement to help me. Thank you...

It's alright look ill give them props on the food but, the pizza was a bit over saucy under the NY 3cheese like it still needed more cooking or they just over did it. And the taste was super tangy of tomato paste. As far as the wings well 10 wings for abt $15.00 is preposterous I was like what the heck? For 10 wings seriously...😠😠😡😡 I'll tell you this I won't order that again yes they were cooked I told them to leave a but longer but guess they didn't pay much attention and some got burned under. The Cesar salad is NOT WORTH $5.00 that was ridiculous too I think I was paying more for the container than the lettus and the shavings of cheese. And i had to cut the croutons smaller than the 6 cubes they give in the bag. That's another joke. Well the total fie 2 people was $50.00 never have I paid that much for us to have lunch nor dinner Ina good restraunt the most is $35.00 but for this saucy bread, burnt wings and some pieces of salad you got to be joking. But yet I paid so lesson learnt!. Sorry Peter Piper but yeah...
