Had a pretty poor experience with Katrina, maybe Katie? Called in to check the status of a prescription after being told to call back after 3 business days. After inquiring about the status of the prescription, I was greeted with "ok. what do you want me to do about it?". I just needed some information on what the holdup was that's all. When I informed her I was instructed to call back a few days prior she quickly snapped with "ok, by who?". I informed her it was her fellow pharmacist at that location that told me to call back in 72hrs. Her response was "oh well idk. I guess I can run it again". I get everyone has bad days; I get its the holiday time and tempers are hot. I work in retail and if I responded to my guests that way I wouldn't be employed very long. Hopefully this woman is doing alright, if this is the way she treats patients she must be struggling. Don’t use this pharmacy for anything important!!!! This is the only pharmacy that does not receive a single order from ANY of my many doctors. And I’ve used many pharmacies. Whether it’s an antibiotic, psych meds, or anything in between, there is always a problem. And then the techs have the audacity to blame me, the doctors, even other pharmacies, then give me attitude when I request help rectifying the problem. This isn’t just one time, this is the 7th time (out of the 7 times I’ve used that pharmacy) and I’m just now finally fed up. I’ve never even made a negative review, but I’m just so angry with this place I keep having to go without vital medications because of the Jean, and not so bright, techs there. I will agree, Katrina is the most miserable and rude person ever. I've even reported her to management before and obviously nothing was done about it. That aside, I don't understand the terrible reviews for this location. The pharmacist and certain techs have continually gone out of their way for me, the texts are convenient and I've never had a problem refilling a script or getting them to reach out to doctors for a refill. My scripts are always filled quickly. Some of the employees are simply the best I've met and I truly appreciate this group and all they've done for me...
