Super 8 Pittsburgh Harmarville — Hotel in Harmar Township

The price could not be low enough to stay here again! My son dropped his charger behind the night stand while trying to plug it in... I don't think it had EVER been cleaned back there. Dirty kleenex, a dirty Q-tip, and a layer of filth so thick something could have been living in it. The bathroom floor was absolutely disgusting, too! The grout was brown and black where it had NOT been cleaned. The breakfast consists of bread, a couple of bananas, and 2 types of dry cereal. It was AWFUL! We wound up checking out a day early because I couldn't stand another night. I am not a picky person, the accomadations do not have to be fancy in the least but I do expect CLEAN! This Super 8 is...

I didn't even stay here! I called to get the least expensive price of a room. A man answered the phone, didn't say what his name was. I was not asked to hold he started speaking to someone else then came back on the line and gave me prices. I asked how many beds and what size in that price. Again not asked to hold or given an explanation like "I'm new here" or something. Just handed the phone to a woman, who curtly answered my question. I said ok I need to ask my party a couple questions and I'll call back, she abrubtly hung up the phone. WOW!! so sorry to interrupt they're day! This was today Monday Feb 17, 2014 around 5:20pm. HORRIBLE - just a horrible experience. The motel clubs to have all of their told no smoking. not only did I smell smoke in the hallways, but my room smelled like an ashtray. Towels too smelled like cigarette smoke as well as with the sheets. decided to not stay there the subsequent night, so I checked out. no refund on the second night. they can keep my money, I'd rather sleep in my car.
