Taco Bell — Restaurant in Harmar Township

Staff argued with me regarding having to wait for a GRUBHUB order I went to pickup, AFTER driving 20min to get there yesterday 3/21/22. I waited 8 minutes after arrival, myself and other customers were waiting for someone, ANYONE to acknowledge us...I decided to speak up and ask if anyone can wait on us... employees looked at us, put their heads down and kept doing what they were doing. I waited another few minutes, knocked on the counter and said "UM, EXCUSE ME, IS ANYONE WORKING THIS COUNTER"⁉️ AGAIN, employees looked up at us and didn't acknowledge or anything. I was staring directly at someone with a headset and asked again if anyone was working the counter... She threw her headset down (obviously frustrated) and yelled at me about how they have AAAAALL THESE ORDERS. I tried to ask about the order I was picking up but she cut me off... Wouldn't let me speak so I told her the name of the customer, again this employee wanted to complain about how busy they were. I get it, right now EVERYONE is short handed but they are handling themselves in a more professional manor! What fast food employees need to know is that we don't get paid per hour, we get paid per delivery so when we are forced to wait that is taking money out of our pockets unlike someone that gets paid regardless of having to wait on...

I understand Taco Bell isn't fine dinning, but this was atrocious. We ordered online so it would be ready when we arrived. No one was greating anyone and when someone did look our way they looked displeased we were there. After waiting for 10 minutes a man finally someone came over. I'm not sure what he was doing but he jumped up on the counter with his filthy shoes and reached for something above the drink machine. we asked for our cups so we could get our drinks. Come to find out that the soda machine has no ice or CO2 so we had warm flat drinks.

No exaggeration it was another 10 minutes to get our food so 20 minutes total. Somehow they managed to make all the food wrong, and it was also cold. The chips were literally dripping in fryer oil.

The restaurant was filthy, we cleaned a table for ourselves, there was two women with hair down past their waste not wearing hair nets. There was also the guy that stood on the counter. I would avoid this restaurant...

my boyfriend and I are both extremely broke and seriously struggling with money right now and our friend had lent us a couple bucks to go get some tacos so my boyfriend got three soft tacos. I got three hard and three soft. I got a free cantina burrito and two free cheesy roll ups. I got 2 cups of sour cream, 2 cups of ranch and 2 cups of cilantro and onions. my cheesy roll ups had a pinch of cheese on them and they were rolled up and sent to me almost all my hard tacos were split in half and my two sauce cups were not even half full and I’m missing my cilantro and onions not to mention the drink cups had an irresponsible amount of ice in them the best thing that I had was the Cantina chicken burrito.
