Showed up at 8:30 on a Sunday morning and the food counter was randomly closed. No reason given. They had premade sandwiches which meant something in the kitchen was working. When I said something to Giant Eagle on Twitter, they just asked for information. That was it. No apology. Nothing. Save yourself some grief and go to Marathon...
