Bubbles Bartending Service — Restaurant in Harrisburg

I highly do not recommend. I confirmed 2 bartenders for a black tie event to handle 2 bars and also paid extra for decorations. The owner had terrible communications. The bartenders should up the day of in ripped jeans and leggings and said they didn't want to run 2 bars or serve drinks the first hour, honestly just a really bad attitude. I called the owner to confirm that they were going to do the 2 bars and change and she said they were but they didn't. I had to call another service to come the day of. They didn't show up with decorations they supposedly purchased that I paid for. and when the other bartender showed up they were extremely nasty even though they said they didn't want to run both bars. Then the owner called as I was trying to greet guests coming into the party and was extremely rude even though we had covered the other bartender under our own insurance and provided all alcohol, garnishes, etc she wanted the other bartender to leave. Absolutely fantastic service from fantastic humans! We hired Bubbles to serve at our wedding. If your friends and family are anything like mine, then you know how important it is to have a reliable and knowledgeable bartender and server on hand. The drinks were made perfectly, the service was fast, and the team was able to accommodate any request our guests threw at them. Moreover, they were beyond engaging and friendly. Equally important (since we are clueless when it comes to event planning), Bubbles was instrumental in helping us plan what type of alcohol and mixers to have on hand and what drinks to serve at the wedding (including our signature drinks). I was given the name of this business from a caterer in the area. It looked like they had some good reviews so I proceeded to contact them via a phone call to the number listed on their website. No answer there so I left a message. In trying to set up bar service for a mid-summer function and knowing it's the busiest time of year, time is of the essence on setting this type of service up. After waiting a few days and not hearing anything back, I emailed Megan @ the email address provided and now still nothing back. I understand the ebbs and flows of business but to not return multiple correspondences is highly unprofessional.
