Since I'm being ignored by Jill after calling multiple times , I'm forced to post this. Hi. I had my hair done and I'm not happy that there's a chunk missing on the side. I showed it to her and she said it was a piece I was growing out. No it's not. I took a before picture the day I went in. . I also said I wanted layers and framing below my chin about an inch and a half. As you can see in the picture she cut a huge chunk out of the side my bangs are crooked. As you can see in the before picture, I wanted same style just the framing brought up an inch and half below the chin. She also does Not take debit or credit cards it's venmo Cash or Facebook. No signs saying this. I feel she was rushed after age asked me for the time and stated she had an appointment in Eugene despite me scheduling this appointment for a cut and style ahead of time!!! She rushed and blew out my front and back than started to straighten the front than stopped. Said back looked fine hair was halfway styled Not finishing my hair due to her Eugene appointment. She's fortunate I had cash because she would not of been paid. I was over charged 60.00 and nowhere does it state prices!! My hair was not styled all the way and not cut the way I asked. Ignoring my texts I tried to resolve it. She did call back but asked for a man I told her no one here by that name. After that I blocked her number. Look in photos you would be shocked at the huge crooked chunk by my cheek bone. It was originally shoulder length. Yes Jill I called dozens of times you refused to answer and after 6 months you finally respond to my complaint. Got my hair colored and cut I showed the stylist what I wanted she said she could get the brass out and didn’t put enough blonde in the front looked nothing like what I wanted at all I asked her to make it right and she refused and was completely rude to me when I texted her about it during are text she became completely unprofessional calling me disrespectful for asking her to please make it right or refund me I was not rude to her biggest waist of 165 dollars I would not ever go back or recommend this salon biggest disappointment and most uncomfortable experience I have ever had I have had a few styles in the past mess up my hair but they always made it right but not from this salon but I will say she did do a good job on my hair cut that I will give her I even told her I felt bad to even ask about this because I don’t like conflict but this was one of the worst experiences I have had...

Jill worked me in on short notice, gave me the exact haircut I asked for, (without any recriminations for the unevenness of my home haircut) and then gave me a perm that turned out just as I had hoped it would.
