Very disrespectful very unprofessional and the store manager she needs to take a refresher class in customer service. My son and I were standing in line behind a young gentleman and his children who are returning something no big deal at all the line started to get a little bit longer view weather customers came in and got in line they opened another register instead of saying I will take the next person who is next in line 45 minutes we stand in line and the people behind us were standing there too so I'm saying to the guy why didn't you just say when you opened your line that who is next in line I asked him and of course the manager said if you're going to be yelling and screaming and being nasty I was talking in my normal voice he could have said who is next in line 45 minutes is absolutely ridiculous when you're standing there and watching the cashiers just let other people in front of you it's all good isn't it but the manager she is very combative stand offish she was looking for a fightI did not raise my voice to that gentleman at all I wanted to know why he was just letting people wander up to the thing to the cashier when there was people obviously waiting in line a lot longer and then she tried to make the scene why are you yelling and screaming and being nasty which I was not trust me I was not that was absolutely disrespectful and a terrible display of customer service from that young woman The Man behind the counter was actually being really nice about it when I asked him why didn't he call the next person in line when he saw people waiting I'm wearing a bright orange hoodie but I know for a fact that when I walked out of there because somebody I know is in line that she was running her mouth about me saying that I was yelling and screaming and being nasty and I told her she didn't know what yelling was I did not call anybody names but that was a terrible display of customer service and then when I walk out with my 11-year-old son she still has enough balls to keep running her mouth I'm sure corporate would love to know what she did and they will know there's video and audio to show that nobody was yelling and screaming only her absolutely disgusting of her to do that that is not management in my opinion that just called...

Went in to get my dad a different size sweatshirt then the one I got him at Christmas. They were the college sports teams, same price I paid as the week before Xmas. I found the size I needed, went up to register, the cashier was unfriendly, didn't ask for my phone number like they usually do which I thought was kinda odd but I went with it when she told me the total I told her I have AAA, she very rudely told it's not gonna do u no good here, the item is already on sale so u already have a discount, u don't get another one. Went in to exchange a birthday gift for a different size. The cashier, Sean, stood behind the register playing on his phone with completely disregard to my existence. I told him I needed to make an exchange for a different size and he shoved his phone back in his pocket and told me to go get it. I grabbed the new size and went back to the counter.
