I went into the Natrona Heights store today to have a couple truck brake rotors turned and was immediately confronted with a smart mouth employee with an attitude calling another store employee a jerk . The rotors had mild rust pits that shouldn't be a problem to remove . I hung around town for an hour . When I came back one of the rotors still had some pretty substantial pits that would wear the pads so I asked him if he could take a little more off and he immediately looked very angry and rushed off into the back with the rotor and told me to come with him . He was so angry he was banging everything onto the machine so hard that a large steel nut for the machines threads flew into the air and landed at my feet . I left. If that is the kind of service I am going to get when there are no other customers in the store then I will take my business to the hardware store. Andy was so friendly and helpful. He jumped my truck when it started to pour so I could put up my windows, he double checked the alternator for me to make sure that’s what it was and lent me some extra tools I didn’t have.
