Had a great experience here. I worked with Austin Rasnake and he was absolutely AMAZING! I went in there with a budget, first car I was getting from a dealership, and needed it in just a short amount of time. The first day, Austin test drove many, many cars with me for hours and I just didn’t feel like any of them were the right ones... a few days went by and Austin had steadily kept in contact with me and sent me cars. He ended up sending me a car I absolutely loved, and he worked with me and my schedule for me to come in for another test drive.. I ended up getting it, and would 110% work with Austin again! Totally recommend him when dealing with Harrisonburg...

If I could give them 10 stars I would! I own a Chrysler whose check engine light came on during our drive to Christmas vacation. We brought it to the Chrysler dealership down the road but they were of no help. We drove down the road when it broke down with the only place to pull in being Harrisonburg Automall. It was our last chance. The salesman came out and immediately asked if we needed help. We explained what had happened and everyone was quick to jump to our assistance. SHE WAS IN AND OUT AND DONE IN 45 MINS WHICH WAS FANTASTIC - AND TOPPING THAT WHICH WAS HARD TO DO BECAUSE JULIO TOOK HIS TIME AND EXPLAINED THE FEATURES ANSWERED HER QUESTIONS AND WAS SO ATTENTIVE - THE DEAL WAS DONE AND TWO DAYS LATER THEY CALLED HER BECAUSE THEY GOT HER A BETTER INTEREST RATE SO EVEN AFTER THE DEAL WAS DONE THEY CONTINUED TO HELP HER AND THAT IS FANTASTIC. ...
