This is probably my favorite grocery store. It is small and not especially upscale, but they have a nice selection of oriental and Mexican food products along with great prices on fruit and vegetables (quality on those is generally good, but not always). Their fresh tofu (weekends only) is the best I've ever had. They also have fresh herbs like Thai basil and cilantro for very reasonable prices. Hidden behind "Taste of Thai" restaurant, this Thai/Mexican grocery has an amazing assortment of hard-to-find Asian and Mexican produce, including herbs like holy basil, Thai basil, culantro (also cilantro), epazote. Not all available all the time, of course. Ataulfo mangoes by the flat in season. Lemongrass, green papaya. Also they have fresh tortillas by the bag, sometimes still warm. Whole tamarind.
