The Tea House — Local services in Hartford

I truly want to love this place but I’m not. First I want to say I love the staff! Everyone is so happy and upbeat it makes you want to come back. But the sad part is the bud is hit or miss. I’ve had excellent quality bud from them and I’ve occasionally gotten some below average quality especially for a dispensary. I truly wouldn’t care if it was priced accordingly but it doesn’t seem like the price has any rime or reason. You end up spending 45-65$ per 8th and for those prices you can’t be selling mids. The most disappointing experience was a few days ago I picked up 14g of “shake” but when I got home and opened it up it wasn’t shake. It was a bag of trim. It was all stems and dried out sugar leaves. Half of the leaves were yellow and 50% of the bag was stems. I’ve gotten shake from dispensaries before in MA and every time I got what I expected, but how can you charge 40$ for a bag of stems??? I went into the tea house a couple of weeks ago and bought a new type of vape cartridge that was recommended to me and when I got outside and tried to put it on my mod it broke because it was so much larger so I immediately went back in and explained what happen (I was a bit distraught loosing all that money in a matter of seconds ) the woman waiting on me (Robyn) was so nice and gave me a 10 percent discount on my purchase to replace it with another one . I then went outside and put it on a different mod that dint turn on so I went back in for a 3 rd time to get another mod for it and Robyn saw me come in and immediately came over to help me out we found a tea house brand mod and when I went to pay for it she told me it was all set and that it was on the house cone to find out she was one of the managers ! Prices are higher than giraffe pussy. Quality is mid. The staff is there. Pretty sad that I live within minutes of this place but have to drive to Massachusetts to get a fair deal on a bag of weed. This place wants $200 to $300 or more bills for a oz, meanwhile in Mass they start at $65 and usually cap around $140. They tried to tell me one day it's because Vermont weed is specially crafted in small grown batches while being serenaded by Bach and Beethoven and blah blah blah.
