Today, Sunday at about 1030 am. I gave it one final attempt, the notorious bad reputation DELI. I get up there, finally a lady asked what can she do for me. As I start to say what lunch meats I need she says in a manner that I guess to discourage me " just to let you know there are 3 orders ahead of you, so it's gonna take awhile, at least 20 minutes or more" sorry but it felt more like another tactic to discourage me from ordering from the deli. I apologize if I was blunt but I simply stated " in 3 years of coming to this deli counter, I have never been able to use it, it's always something or some excuse " so I go to the ready and grab lunch meat and a guy next to me was already riffleing through the lunch meat and said its not fresh. Same story, different day. These workers seem to think their way of doing their job is satisfactory. This store is beyond saving. This Deli has a very bad reputation as a lot of folks are aware. Yes the Deli just scored high as far as Kitchen Cops, however their customer Service really stinks. She did not skip a beat when I called and was frantic because I thought I had placed an order for a turkey dinner for my family .to Come to find out the order did not go through online. She was as cool as a cucumber ,she took my order , and said I could be there in 10 minutes to pick it up. She provided a Thanksgiving miracle in 10 minutes. Unfortunately , I personally do not ever get this level of customer service anywhere I go and this is customer service at its finest. to She needs to be training other staff and show them how to be kind and caring to every customer . We as customers need to be just as understanding to the workers that are working on the holidays and not spending time with their families to make sure we have what we need for ours.
