Very disappointed! I drove though today and order a chicken sandwich with no tomato add cheese. The lady gave me my total and i pulled up to the window. I did not think she heard that I wanted cheese on my sandwich...so I told her again... first chance I got. She then proceeded to tell me that It was to late and that she couldn't add it to the bill. Although I had not paid her yet. There was 1 person behind me... It takes 2 seconds to put a slice of cheese on a sandwich. This is ridiculous. I would have been happy to pay more for what I asked for in the first place! Instead of something I don't even want to eat now! I like to support local businesses but I will not be returning after the horrible costumer service I received today. Burger King has a chicken sandwich that is just as good if not better & they will get my order right and even if they don't they will fix it. ...

Coming home from soccer game tonight, I thought I’d treat my 3 year old to a mom and pop ice cream and start a tradition. We ordered in drive-thru and I could tell the cashier was short with her answers but just figured she’s busy with cars in front of me. When I got up to pay, no one behind me, she just started handing me stuff. An ice cream cup, a box and a bag. I ordered chicken fingers and 2 very different ice cream treats. I asked her which one was the chocolate shake and she started to close the window. I said, wait! Which one is chocolate shake and which one the other ice cream so I can give my daughter the right one. She just looked at me, slammed the window shut and walked away. No one behind me. 7:30pm. No customers in the building.

The food was pretty good but not worth the lack of customer service. I’ll go back to Oliwia's or one of the fast food...

My husband and i took our kids here to get some dinner the other night. A female was working the window and she was super rude. Rushed us through our order, we explained to her we had never been there before and asked her what they had for kids, she named off one item not even explaining what It consisted of, after telling her we’ve never ate here before. We had to ask her what the meal consisted of and she got irritated and rude asking us over and over “anything else?” “Is that all?”.. when we got to the window we paid for our food.. she went back to get our order and another lady walked our food to the window and proceeded to laugh and let us know that the first girl who took our order told her to relay the message “that she should throw our order at us” Needless to say We won’t ever be going there again. Worst...
