Long time Katie Grace shopper and recent new mom here! I impatiently awaited the opening of the new location in Hartselle. We loaded up the car and made the trip from Huntsville to shop on the opening day. The new location is beautiful and the selection of clothes was wonderful..However, I was highly disappointed to find that there were no accommodations in the ladies room to change my baby’s diaper. I had no option but to change him on the floor. Putting the most valuable thing you’ve been given in life on a bathroom floor is more than upsetting and very degrading. I have shopped online at this boutique for years and sadly never will again. There have been several times where I would reach out to ask about an item and the response was not friendly at all. I assumed it was someone young and would let it go. Recently I was so disappointed in the way I was communicated with. I LOVE this boutique. I live out of state so I've only purchased online, but I've had nothing but great customer service! I love the low prices and quality of the clothes. There are other online boutiques that I have purchased from selling the same clothing for double the price. One suggestion that would be extremely helpful when purchasing online is having average sized women model the clothing in pictures so that we can see how the clothing fits before ordering online.
