Not only is the owner very friendly and always smiles, but Melissa has a great variety of inventory! Melissa can also order items from a catalog if you need something else. Her prices are very fair, because at other Western stores they are higher in price. You don't meet many people like Melissa that is easy going and easy to talk too. One of the best stores around that we go to purchase items we use everyday. Her store layaway for Xmas time saved me last year for items I really wanted and didn't have the money to buy immediately! Now that is caring about a community to me, and not many, if any stores have that. Also, my son has Autism but he is higher functioning, and Melissa treats him like family compared to others in this area. Whinny Wisdom is a beautiful nook in Historic Downtown Hartselle. I am beyond impressed by the owner's store. Clean, beautiful, and fun for gift shopping or shopping in general. The owner will of course LOVE to serve you and will totally help you find the thing you're looking for, be it custom orders or a different downtown store recommendation. It is sad how such "hospitable" and "Christian" people can find easy time berating neighbors over the internet.
