Can't agree with the other positive reviews. Came here a few weeks back looking for a small quantity of dry ice (2-3 lb). It was about 30 mins before closing, and the guy at the desk acted like I was inconveniencing him, but ultimately helped me. He sent me outside to another guy, who started going through his TRASH, looking for scraps he could give me that added up to 2lb. Eventually he scraped together enough and told me "that will be $15." At first I thought he was joking, but then realized he was serious. You can't make this stuff up. Needless to say, I paid him his $15 for his dry ice scraps and left as quickly as I could. Read moreTullo Ice, WOW what a company! I've been purchasing dry ice for years for our business and I will forever be grateful for their customer service and ability to go above and beyond. We were in a serious emergency where we needed ice after hours where I received a call from the owner and she had someone there within 30 minutes to save the day for us. You have no idea how beyond grateful I will always be for this!
I can't recommend them enough, particularly after this situation and how professional they were. You guys truly saved someone's magic moment at their wedding and I'll never forget that!

He told me to wait and than went inside to get approval. Immediately he came back and gave me a dry ice in a carton along with a paper of safety instructions and refuse to take any charges. This was a great experience and I found the company management very professional and...
