We bought 2 orders of egg foo young one was shrimp and the other one vegetable. They both came with soup (one wonton and the other hot & sour), an order of vegetable dumplings, an ine egg roll. Let me say the hot & sour sour was probably the best I ever had! The egg foo young was top notch as well however the sauce for the egg foo young was literally a watery Ness. We thought it was soup until we realized it was the sauce? The vegetable dumpling are all dough and literally had no vegetables inside. ALL DOUGH! Whomever made these did not knownwhatvtheybwere doing. I am not Asian at all but could've made them better seriously! They were gummy, thick and really disgusting! We should've known better because the last time we ordered shrimp toast and they were burnt. Overall their entrees are great but the appetizers are not! I'm from New York City and in the '80s we used to get the best barbecue spare rib tips in Brooklyn from the local Chinese restaurants They make them how I remember them in the '80s. So that's nostalgic for me. Other than that the only thing I usually get is the hot and spicy shrimp. My husband and I love that. Their egg foo young is good too. And they're wanton soup is delicious. I'm old school. I usually stick to the same basic things that I like. Oh and they're fried rice is good too. I usually get fried rice with beef shrimp and pork in it and sometimes chicken. Love that with hot mustard and duck sauce. They also offer delivery which is great. You don't have to go through Uber or DoorDash. You don't wait too long and our delivery guy is always pleasant. Be kind and dont forget to tip. I always tip $5. Ordered from here through UberEats and in the notes I asked for duck sauce. They send me one duck sauce with a 50 dollar order. No napkins and none of the things I ordered. The food was not bad but not worth the money if you know what I mean. I’m very disappointed because if there isn’t no duck sauce then the meal is not okay to my young ones. I called to ask them why and she said she doesn’t know because she didn’t pack the bag. Thanks, you lost a new customer and now I have to review this. Keep in mind if you leave a note on your meal to request how you would like it, it doesn’t matter. If the one who packs the bag haven’t gotten the memo then your out of luck.
