Wize Guys Pizzeria and Restaurant — Restaurant in Hackensack

We get the 24" pizza, plain; order it there and wait (haven't had delivery). The pizza is pretty good, but the crust could be crispier. The chicken wings were not that good - no coating on them at all. I get the sauce on the side (as I do any time I order wings from anywhere), but the chicken should have some kind of a coating on it - not just plain pale looking skin. The tomato/mozzarella salad was decent. Now. The reason for 2 stars? My husband is the one who usually goes in. The last time, I went with him. The guy who does the cooking/food prep was eating behind the counter the entire time he was making and prepping the food. How are you eating while you are preparing other people's food?? Especially while we are standing right there waiting, in plain sight; didn't even try to hide it. I would go there just for pizza, nothing else. But order it when you get there...

Just ordered for the 1st time tonight. The Italian sub had meat that was unrecognizable. Notice on the app it just says Italian Sub? I was able to see ham and provolone but I don’t know what the other meat was. Definitely not Genoa or hard salami. Looked and tasted like an Oscar Meyer lunch meat. I ordered the dressing and onions on the side and they came on the sub. We also ordered a roast beef sub. It arrived with 1 slice of roast beef per 1/2 and poor quality American cheese for $10.99! I ordered a bbq pizza total of 16 with the dollar delivery. And I gotta say it ain't bbq. To make sure I called today and she said dont worry that's their bbq. So yes it that is their bbq pizza. To be transparent I even posted a pic of it. The toppings were all over the place and very soggy and again didnt taste like bbq more like sweet and sour chicken lol. I mean if it was like cheaper then yeah it's ok but for 16 bucks I mean common. The price for the quality isn't there.
