Exactly everything I’ve been asking others to do. Plus lining up my back better than I thought possible while talking me through exactly what I needed done for my final look that I want. I need a few more cuts to get where I want and I’m excited to go back. They have a beautiful gift shop and a book selection that I couldn’t take my eyes off. They take in and sell books or donate to charity. To say I found my new barber is an understatement. Thank you ladies you’ve made my week. Also their recommendations about hair care products were very useful and they have a nice selection. Everything about the shop made me feel comfortable and they gave me a complimentary much needed cup of coffee. Also and just as important the conversation was just as great as my new cut. My daughter got a pretty bad haircut at a generic salon in Hastings... near family fare (sorry 😐) and I drove straight to the nearest salon on my gps which brought me here. Lori literally took her in - fixed her in like 5 min. She was amazing!

I finally decided to get a haircut first in like 4 years... went there because of Lori - she was off so I got Emma. Perfect. Had my 1.5 year old and she was great! I had a horrible way of explaining the haircut - the long bob- (I want it short but long, thin but thick lol) and she nailed it.

I basically complained of every issue I have with this heavy thick hair and she fixed it. I’ve been trying to get this chunk of hair that always falls in my face out, thought I had to use a product or style a certain way. She just cut a little something and it’s amazing.

Worst experience I have EVER had, not only was my hair NOT done the way I wanted bc there hair dresser messed up and admitted it they "offered" to fix for free. But when it came time to get it fixed they wanted to charge me again. After originally spending 200$ there!! They still owe me a refund for a tanning that I NEVER got. Don't go it's dirty, un professional, and not to mention the staff are extremely rude........I wouldn't leave even one star but they make you leave at least one star. They don't even deserve one star more like...
