Ariella's Kids Exchange — Local services in Hatboro

I drive by this place often and have been so excited to give it a try as I love kids consignment shops. My 4 year old and I finally found a moment to swing by and, although the shop seemed stocked with items that she loved (she immediately found a headband that she wanted), the customer service was severely lacking. There was absolutely no one in the store and the woman at the register couldn’t even be bothered to acknowledge our existence. She did not greet us, and despite us looking at items at the register, and walking past where she was sitting several times, she sat with her back to us as she chatted on the phone (it seemed to be a personal call). Customer service is everything and I’d much rather take my business to other local consignment shops where I feel appreciated (or at the very least, acknowledged).
