I recently had the pleasure of purchasing some vintage furniture from Bucks County Estate Traders, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked into the store, I was captivated by the vast array of beautiful pieces on display. The sheer variety of vintage furniture available was overwhelming in the best possible way.
What truly made this experience positive, however, was the incredible assistance provided by one of the sales associates. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Their expertise and genuine passion for vintage furniture made the entire process effortless and enjoyable.
Among the treasures I found were a stunning maple wood table, four exquisite Hitchcock chairs, and a gorgeous mid-century modern mahogany headboard. Each piece was in remarkable condition, showcasing the timeless craftsmanship and beauty that vintage furniture embodies.
The chairs I selected required a touch-up, and the store graciously offered to take care of it. I was delighted to see that they painted the chairs with great attention to detail, restoring them to their former glory. It was clear that they take pride in their work and strive to deliver the highest quality to their customers.
Another aspect that impressed me was the store's large selection. Whether you're seeking classic mid-century designs or unique antique pieces, this store has something for everyone. Their carefully curated collection showcases the best of vintage furniture, allowing customers to find truly one-of-a-kind treasures that add character and charm to any space.
Someone mentioned in a previous review that Buck’s has a lot of 90s and early 2000s furniture. I saw some too. Luckily, the shop labels the furniture. Each item has a QR code you can scan for more information on the piece.
Having had such a positive experience, I can confidently say that I will be returning to this store for all my future furniture needs. The combination of their exceptional customer service, vast selection, and commitment to quality sets them apart from the rest. If you're a vintage furniture enthusiast or simply appreciate the beauty of timeless pieces, I highly recommend paying them a visit. You won't be...
Read moreI heard of Bucks County Estate Traders on KYW. I stopped by their showroom and was blown away by their inventory. Beautiful pieces and an incredible selection. The reason I stopped in, however, was to learn how I might sell them something I needed to get rid of. Each person I spoke with was very friendly and took time to explain the process involved with possibly selling an item. I took their handout sheet home, took a couple of pictures of the unit, answered a few questions about the unit, selected I would except cash or store credit, and emailed the information to them. I received a confirmation shortly that my request had been received and someone would get back to me with a quote within 24 hours. The quote arrived and I was pleasantly surprised. I arranged for a delivery time - I delivered the item to their location to avoid the $100 pick-up charge at 9:00 a.m. this morning. I backed my SUV up to the back of their building and two very nice young men carried the item into their warehouse. I checked in with the warehouse "checker" and he told me I didn't need to do anything else. By 3:00 this afternoon I had the store credit promised to me. It was a 5 Star experience for me. ...
Read moreExpænsive inventory. Bought a bed frame from them, overall very poor communication and customer service. Disorganized in the showroom and the salesperson hovering made it awkward looking around. It took half an hour to find the item i saw online and dig it out, not including the side boards. Didn't tell me it was being "repaired" after I paid for it and confirmed pickup logistics. Couldn't tell me what was being repaired. Still ended up more scratches and a big white mark on the item that wasnt there originally and had stripped screws even after i asked if there were any issues with the hardware. Changed the date that it was going to be available twice. Couldn't bother to call back and confirm when it was finished as I had requested. The guys at the loading dock when picking up could only bother asking for my receipt and showed no interest in helping after they were more than friendly and had just loaded another ladies car with her large heavy dresser item. Just dropped my items at the door and left without a word. Like the item, could have been a better experience but this time was not a pleasant experience, won't...
