I visited the Ups store. I will say I had no problems except for the fact that...I FORGOT MY WALLET! But before the wallet mishap, I will say the fella that rung me up was very sweet. He was so helpful and very knowledgeable with the products. I had a few questions and he was able to answer them. The girl working was just ah. She was ready to go home when I walked in the door and I know the look. I used to work in many restaurants. It's that look of " Oh no u didn't just walk in the door 15 min before we close" I'm just glad I was helped by the other guy. He had no qualms. Went to the UPS store at this place. Quick and swift. They staff are knowledgeable on what to do and will help you as needed. Just get your barcode if you need to return and you will be out there in a minute. The location is not really that visible from the outside so you have to pay attention closely as you drive into the plaza. Maybe making the sign bigger can help. Overall great experience and me go to location for anything that needs to be shipped out. Will always come back and I do recommend...
