Called to place a breakfast take out order. Asked how long it might take wasnt sure how busy they were. Long story short the lady who answered just handed the phone off to someone else and the lady i spoke with was very rude and unpleasant and just sounded annoyed. Was not paying attention to my order. Continued to ask me in an annoyed tone "what do you want". I just ended up explaining i was going to order somewhere else and thank you. I explained what happened to my girlfriend who then called to make a complaint and was basically told to have a great rest of her life. Completely ridiculous when I was just trying to order some breakfast and was trying to be courteous by seeing how busy they were.

in response to your further unprofessional behavior. One im not going to apologize as a customer trying to order food that your manager wanted to act "in a hurry" and or rude and impatient which led me to feel extremely uncomfortable. I am not going to eat somewhere where the staff clearly dont know how to treat someone even on a simple phone call. Why on earth would i come there? you are actually more or less stating that something did transpire even though your trying to lie and cover it up and downplay it but as you said yourself she was "in a hurry" so I have nothing more to say clearly you also felt that the manager could have acted in a more professional manner and thus we both left our reviews after your manager continued to act unprofessional and gave my girlfriend that same attitude which ended with your manager saying have a nice life. Again completely rude and unprofessional. Also for the record she told me specifically they weren't busy and that she had only 2 dishes being worked on so. I guess I need to report this to the BBB if we're going to sit here and lie and try to cover things up now. There was no need for her to act impatient or "in a hurry to me" I did and said nothing wrong. Make sure to leave that in...

Whether you live in the area or at your just driving through on 309, you deserve a meal like this. Combine incredible portions with high quality and high-end food options like you would get at a major restaurant and the wonderful family feel and that describes everything about this place.

The portions are absolutely phenomenal and you can easily make one, two or even three other meals from the amount of food that you get. Then just the customer service part is enough to make you smile. For example, we took a picture of the homemade blue cheese dressing, because they said they were running out and we told them that we would gladly take an alternate dressing, but they made a fresh batch for us and it was absolutely delicious being so fresh. The salad was also incredibly fresh and also huge.

We're big fans of seafood and our daughter loves pasta. The Alfredo is insane. This picture doesn't even do it justice as to the weight and mass of the food you get and they don't skimp on shrimp. The shrimp are also huge. For example, the stuffed shrimp on the one plate are absolutely jumbo.

We've always loved gravy fries and these disco fries do it absolutely right. So if you live in this area of Montgomery and Bucks County, do yourself a favor and pull into the shopping center and don't question it ever again. If you're driving through the area on busy route. 309 at one of these red lights put on your turn signal right now and pull in. This is everything you want in a restaurant with a great family. Feel on the inside. Will definitely be back because we do live in the area and I feel so lucky...

Great food, large portions, reasonable prices!

We have returned today for a second visit for a late dinner and was greeted as you would expect, friendly, happy to see us like we are family!. We both ordered soup, Manhattan clam chowder that was rich & creamy, and lots of clams. My wife enjoyed it and said it is delicious. I ordered the cream of chicken & broccoli soup and it its also one of the best home made soups I've had ( I'm not a soup type person but I could become one eating their soups). We then ordered burgers, and both are the largest burgers I've seen from any dinner or restaurant. But it does not stop there! Both burgers were served exactly as ordered...my wife's med-rare, mine rare! Served with a huge pile of golden brown fries, and the best sweet & creamy coleslaw! For dessert we were offered a piece of birthday cake as it was one of the owners childs birthday! All & all, we enjoyed the food, and will be going back often! Worth going and enjoying good food reasonably priced.
