My coworkers & I were ordering from this place all the time. The first few times were great with no issues. However, after a few orders things started being wrong on our orders. When you call to let them know something's wrong, the lady that answers the phone quite literally will yell & argue with you. I was explaining what has gone wrong with our previous order along with what went wrong today, and she was talking over me telling me to stop talking and INSISTED that the order I received was correct when it wasn't. Formosa has the best Chinese takeout that we've found within a 40 mile radius of Philadelphia! Lots of options for very affordable prices. The portion sizes are huge; you really do get your money's worth here. The customer service is excellent, friendly, quick. We were thrilled to find they use all fresh vegetables instead of your canned mushrooms and such that seem to be run of the mill in this state at restaurants. My husband and I had the vegetable pad thai (which is cooked authentic!! Yay!) and the general tso tofu (LOVE all the tofu options!). Both dishes were phenomenal!! We will be coming back...

This is a decent Chinese food restaurant. I used to get take out from here 15 years ago when I worked nearby, and now I find myself working in the area again, and am again ordering from here. The food is pretty good here, but some of the dishes are made in a way different than other Chinese restaurants. I like their General Tso's Chicken, but not their Szechuan Chicken.
