Be ready for them to bait and switch prices and not honor the sticker price on their items for sale.

Something for the business to consider; if you're going to review your pricing on a collectible or card or any other given item before selling it, why waste the man hours and stickers putting prices on them in the first place? As a first time customer, it left a bad taste in my mouth picking something with a $30 sticker and it ringing up $72. A customer wouldn't tolerate that in any other industry, and it shouldn't be acceptable here either. In my experience, a mark of a good card shop is one that honors their prices. This one does not.

The nature of your this business may warrant price adjustments, but again, be proactive about them; don't advertise one price and then say it's double or triple that at the register. I actually regret completing my purchase for the rest of the items.

For me, I simply won't return, but I wanted to give others a heads up of what to expect; which at the very least is a business that does not value brick and mortar customers over...

This has to be the best place to buy cards in Hattiesburg. I have gone around the state looking for cards, and have yet to find another TCG store that captures the authenticity and vibe of what a true TCG shop should feel like. I love the staff, they are all extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming every time you come in. As a collector in the Pokemon space sometimes it’s hard to find product, but they consistently restock with purchase limits to give people a chance. They recently hosted a trade night and it was the most fun I’ve had in a long long time. This place is full of players, collectors, and fans from various TCG communities and it’s very lively and friendly. On days where they don’t have product, I still find myself sticking around and just enjoying myself because the culture build here is more than just purchase and leave. They are supportive of all walks of life, all tcg’s, and it’s an amazing place to hang out and make some really cool friends. I will recommend OneUp to anyone, and will gladly stay loyal...

Moved here with my fiancé from Florida back in December. We were both going a little crazy because we couldn’t get our card junky fix at any of the other places in the area. Stumbled upon this place on the way home from work one day. (Thank the nerd gods!) We live for new card drops and this is the only place within a good few hours (I’ve checked) that is consistently fair about their releases. Also, I saw some person give a bad review due to pricing and I deemed that such garbage that it felt the need to come write this. Any minimum mark up on product that you see has obviously been done just to acquire it for the customers in the first place. I’ve seen higher mark ups on giant retail stores, assuming you can even find something not sold out. Good people work...
