I've never been treated rudely. There is a wide variety of alcohol choices, and they are reasonably priced compared to most places. There's almost always new arrivals, and samples. In the front there is always somebody working and ready to welcome you and ring you up. In conclusion; there's so much variety, the prices are great, and the staff...
