I havenāt been to a subway in probably 15 years but decided to stop by this one because we just didnāt want hamburgers and itās very hot outside. As soon as I get there, the girl behind the counter starts rushing me. No greeting or nothing. I asked for an Italian sub bc I remember having one (15) years before and it was alright. I know menus change and I hadnāt been there for a while but an Italian sub is pretty standard at most sub shops. Instead of saying āIām not familiar with that one or we donāt carry that one, she goes āWHAT DO YOU WANT ON IT MAāAM!?ā Instead of clapping back on her right then and there, I kept it cool and said āWhat goes on an Italian sub? Pepperoni, Salami?ā šThe girl at the register told her what goes on it with no problem. That annoyed me, but I kept my cool and continued to order. Meanwhile, the girl taking my order acted like she had no idea about any of the things I requested which was nothing crazy btw. I asked for a tuna sub with the bread toasted. This slow bird PUTS THE TUNA AND ALL IN THE TOASTER! When I realized what she did, I said āDid you put my tuna in the toaster?ā She said āYou didnāt tell me not to.ā I said āIāve never HAD to tell anyone, much less someone at a subway, not to put TUNA in the toaster. Who is out here ordering hot tuna?ā She kept going on about how I didnāt tell her, so I finally told her that I wasnāt going back and forth with her about my sandwich and HOT tuna! It is not my fault she wasnāt ever taught how to make a sandwich by her mother or by Subway. Never again. I will NEVER come back to any subway, especially one with a worker with mental deficiencies giving people nasty attitude and hot tuna. Today I did a curbside. I waited an extra ten minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready and handed to me because it was around lunch time and I get that theyāre busy. I called to let them know that I had arrived. The worker said āoh, I guess he just thought youād be coming in.ā I said, āno, maāam. I chose curbside on the app.ā
The āheā she was referring to who I assume is the owner or manager comes out with my food and tells me that they are short staffed and they do their curbside through the drive thru.
So Iām supposed to get in line behind all the folks who ordered after me, wait for them to get their food before I get mine? They also were not short staffed. I rarely ever see a Subway with FOUR workers.

Sent order through before completing and there was no option to get the salad not chopped. Called about 8 times in a row before anyone answered and they were able to void my order so I could reorder.
