I haven’t been to a subway in probably 15 years but decided to stop by this one because we just didn’t want hamburgers and it’s very hot outside. As soon as I get there, the girl behind the counter starts rushing me. No greeting or nothing. I asked for an Italian sub bc I remember having one (15) years before and it was alright. I know menus change and I hadn’t been there for a while but an Italian sub is pretty standard at most sub shops. Instead of saying “I’m not familiar with that one or we don’t carry that one, she goes “WHAT DO YOU WANT ON IT MA’AM!?” Instead of clapping back on her right then and there, I kept it cool and said “What goes on an Italian sub? Pepperoni, Salami?” 😒The girl at the register told her what goes on it with no problem. That annoyed me, but I kept my cool and continued to order. Meanwhile, the girl taking my order acted like she had no idea about any of the things I requested which was nothing crazy btw. I asked for a tuna sub with the bread toasted. This slow bird PUTS THE TUNA AND ALL IN THE TOASTER! When I realized what she did, I said “Did you put my tuna in the toaster?” She said “You didn’t tell me not to.” I said “I’ve never HAD to tell anyone, much less someone at a subway, not to put TUNA in the toaster. Who is out here ordering hot tuna?” She kept going on about how I didn’t tell her, so I finally told her that I wasn’t going back and forth with her about my sandwich and HOT tuna! It is not my fault she wasn’t ever taught how to make a sandwich by her mother or by Subway. Never again. I will NEVER come back to any subway, especially one with a worker with mental deficiencies giving people nasty attitude and hot tuna. Read moreI have ordered a curbside order from this Subway multiple times. The only other time I’ve had any issues was when the worker said it didn’t come up on their side that I had checked in. I chalked this up to a system error.
Today I did a curbside. I waited an extra ten minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready and handed to me because it was around lunch time and I get that they’re busy. I called to let them know that I had arrived. The worker said “oh, I guess he just thought you’d be coming in.” I said, “no, ma’am. I chose curbside on the app.”
The “he” she was referring to who I assume is the owner or manager comes out with my food and tells me that they are short staffed and they do their curbside through the drive thru.
So I’m supposed to get in line behind all the folks who ordered after me, wait for them to get their food before I get mine? They also were not short staffed. I rarely ever see a Subway with FOUR workers.

Sent order through before completing and there was no option to get the salad not chopped. Called about 8 times in a row before anyone answered and they were able to void my order so I could reorder. I get my items (Staff was very unprofessional and unfriendly. Rolled eyes when asking for condiment packs) and get home just to realize my order was wrong and the chips for my 6yr old were forgotten.
