My son is off at Marines boot camp and he wanted to order his gf roses for Valentines. They had 2 phone numbers they could of called, plus his gf was in her dorm room most of the day. His gf has been lost without him and will not see or talk to him until the end of April. He was hoping this was make things better. I tried to call the place they would not answer. You better believe I am getting a full refund. I have had her roommate helping me with this all day, checking in to see if they have been delivered. Worst service ever. Read moreMy father passed away unexpectedly right before Labor Day weekend. The funeral was set for the Tuesday after. Everyone was closed and flowers were hard to come by. The staff at the Gingerbread House went above and beyond in their assistance of providing flowers for my Dad's funeral. The standing spray was spectacular. It was full and lush, providing beautiful vibes full of joy. The staff was was very compassionate and empathatic to our situation and understood what I meant when I said that flowers were important to my Dad. Read moreI have received gift flowers from Gingerbread House three times. Twice they were absolutely spectacular. The third time the flowers were arranged in a wooden box and it was difficult to judge when there was enough water or to see how to rearrange as the faded roses had to be discarded. Also, on two occasions, the candy seemed old and had probably been refrigerated.
