a young man by the name of Dennis was working here about a year ago, and what he did for me truly moved me, and created a new outlook on the world, from my perception. I had came in for my weekly grocery shopping, and was finalizing my journey in the produce isle. Dennis, the produce project manager & fruit placement technician, blessed my day, restocking the Granny Smith Apples, that I get for my father. Dennis meticulously seared the plastic from the casing of apples, slowly and carefully placing the cherished fruits into their respective areas across the produce department. i was in awe, as i watched Dennis work his magic. Dennis then went out of his way to place an apple into a cellophane bag, handing it to me with nothing but passion. I left the market basket that day, with not only a new love for Demoulas, but also nothing but pure gratitude and appreciation for my local workers, such as Dennis B. Thank you Dennis. I hope you are well. Thank you for...

My partner and I started taking him on Fridays because he was unable to do the shopping alone anymore. When we started taking him I would watch him while waiting at deli for my order. I couldn't figure out how he was getting the shopping done before we started helping him. And then the mystery revealed itself... the amazing personnel started helping him. He had been going to this Market Basket for a long time and they came up to him, glance at the shopping list and off they went to get the items on the list. My Dad passed away about 6 months later. When I go shopping now at Market Basket for my own groceries I know my Dad's presence is there at times...now he's helping me....thank you Market Basket in Stratham, NH. As my Dad would say to everyone "God Bless you all Forever" Market...

It would greatly improve the overall shopping experience if Market Basket implemented measures, such as employing secret shoppers, to identify and address such instances of disrespect. I don't expect royal treatment, but as a customer, I do expect to be treated with basic human decency and not as an...
