Burger King — Restaurant in Haverhill

If I didn't have to put stars I wouldn't!!! It was around 9:45pm that I went and placed my order, mind you I asked politely for my food to be fresh before I ordered!!! It was just horrible!!! I didn't receive my food fresh, I also ordered mozzarella sticks that I also asked for fresh but instead I got mozzy sticks from earlier today that seemed like they were refried (I only know this because I managed a burger king in Florida who used to do this before I was manager!!!). On top of that half of my food I didn't even receive. I called 4 times and it kept saying that the inbox is full, they care about money not pleasing their customers to bring up their ratings or reviews. People have been rude to me several times and over charged me for food I did not receive. Offer no receipt when you pay by debit. Pretty sure it was a scam, cause the people who where working there are not anymore. I called the main complaint number about that one and the one in Amesbury that the people would hide inside the building and would not answer the drive through even though there sign and website said they where supposed to be open an hour earlier.I never received a call back or even a email apology. If you own your mistake I can find a way to get past it but I have no time for BS. I decided to try the whopper with brisket I asked for no barbecue sauce, pickles, or ketchup

My receipt clearly says no barbecue brisket I questioned that to the woman at the drive-through who could barely speak English

She said no, there’s brisket on it. Just no barbecue sauce. To confirm, I said is the brisket already made with barbecue sauce in it? She said no.

I return home to find out that it’s just a hamburger patty with cheese and two pieces of tomato

No crispy onions no lettuce basically it looked like The stepped on flat hamburger with cheese
