Plaster Fun Time Haverhill — Local services in Haverhill

I have been to plaster funtime for the past 16 years. First time coming to the Haverhill location, I wasn't even greeted but felt so uncomfortable with the worse customer service. Due to us not calling ahead. Keep in mind I brought my 2 kids and niece, and my cousin brought her 2 kids. We were scolded and treated extremely poorly IN FRONT ON OUR CHILDREN. I was so taken a back by the customer service or lack their of, the eye rolls were so unappreciated . This was the worse location. I have and always will stay at the Chelmsford location. I would normally recommend this place to take the kids until I went today and was overcharged for one of the pieces we got. We notified the person working and she said they put it on the wrong wall because the right price wall had no room. Clearly she just didn't want to give the kids the difference back because everything here is clearly labeled and if the price of this piece was more then they should have labeled it. We had our sons’ joint birthday party here yesterday and it went fantastically. Our party host was wonderful and engaging. She was very interactive with the kids and patient too. Everyone that came had a great time and we were so impressed considering it is also a much more affordable price than some of the other kids party venues in the area.
