Haverhill House of Pizza and Subs — Restaurant in Haverhill

Friday night on March 13 th 2015 i ordered 2 pizza's and a salad. I waited 1 1/2 hours for delivery that was suppose to be 30-40 minutes. The pizza came and it was cold. I called Haverhill House back and they said they would send me new pizza's and they were sorry, i spoke with a man named Mike. I waited 1/1/2 hours for the delivery and no pizza came. I called and Mike''s son said they sent the pizza to my house 30 minutes after i ordered it. I said no one came to my house and said his delevery guy stated the dogs were barking they were pounding on my front door and all the neighbors came out of their houses to see who it was. This guy completely fabricated this story. What it sums up to is HAVERHILL HOUSE ARE LIARS and they have no customer service and talk like thugs to their customers. 40 dollars for cold sucky pizza. Do not eat food here the place is dirty.......I gave 1 star because you have to to write a review... DIRT...

Ordered pick up over the phone. I ordered small cheese pizza, broccoli bites and onion rings. When she asked small or large I asked how much and the lady said $9 something! So I said large because she said it was 9. Small cheese 10 onion rings 6 and broccoli bites 9. She didn’t give me a total on the phone so I had to call back and she said $36 that didn’t make sense so I figured I’d ask when I got there. I arrived and sure enough she said 36! I asked why she said Amal bro oil bite is 9 and it’s 8 more for large and already had them made I told her I only had enough for my order that I placed and they litterally took the box back took out like 12 broccoli bites and handed me the same thing with 5 in it! Not to mention all the food was freezing and pizza was not cheesy instead the cheese was coming off in a whole thick piece- do not...

I decided to give this place a try. Huge mistake - I should have walked out when I walked in. The place looks and is dirty. The girl at the counter was rude, never smiled or said thank you. The pizza was definitely the worse I ever had and the mushrooms were from a can. The whole thing went in the trash. I usually don’t mind paying a higher price if it’s decent. I paid the higher price and threw it in the trash. I thought of calling to complain but after reading some of the reviews decide it’s not worth my time. I don’t know how people like this “food” really??This is my first and last time going here. I highly do not recommend. Not even worth the one star but required to write...
