I booked an appointment to get my hair styled and makeup done before my wedding here on the Big Island. After realizing I probably needed more time than I had planned for, I checked to see if they had any other earlier appointments that day. At the time, they were fully booked but the owner, Pam, went out of her way to work her magic and was able to get me an earlier appointment. She saved the day! Not only that, but she is extremely talented when it comes to hair and makeup, I absolutely love the look she gave me! She was even able to get me a quick gel nail polish color change!! Highly recommend! I had a great experience. For the past twelve years we spend a couple of months in Kona and this is the first time I've found myself in need of a haircut while visiting. This wonderful salon caught my eye and I called to make an appointment. I called on a Saturday and they had an appointment the following Tuesday, which was very convenient. My friend and I got pedicures the other day and had a lovely experience at the Kalona Salon & Spa. The text reminders leading up to the appointment were very helpful and all of the staff that I interacted with was very friendly. Claudia gave me my pedicure. I thought she did a great job and was extremely friendly. She answered all of my questions and had a vast knowledge to share with me about how to take care of your nails.
