One of the best yoga experiences of my life!!! I have over 1,000 classes taken via MindBody and I saw Yoga Nest on there as a suggested studio. I booked a class and was beyond impressed. The parking lot made things so easy to park and get to class early, tons of spots and no problem finding one. Then the teacher, Jackie blew my mind. She had the most unique flow that built on each other. I we did all the twists and arm movements from our knees to start class and then she got us on our feet to flow it out. I honestly have never felt so successful in a class. I really appreciate when teachers having their mats turned sideways so it is easy to see what shape to create if you didn't know the name of the move. That's an advanced thing to do as a teacher and often most teachers have their mats facing the same direction as the students rather than perpendicular and it's much more helpful the way Jackie had her mat set up so we could view her from the side. Major recognition to whomever owns and run this studio, it is super clean, organized and not cluttered. The cold towels are such a nice touch at the end. I also really like that the place to put personal belongings like keys and cell phones was in the back of the studio. Thoughtful things like that has made this my favorite yoga...

I loved every class I’ve gone to so far (the power flow classes are the best). The instructors are great at giving different options for varying levels. Cold eucalyptus towels are offered at the end of class. There are manduka eko mats for rent and cork blocks. All the little things that make your practice so much better. The check in area/retail space is the back room. There you can find crystals, candles, sage, etc. Everyone is very welcoming and the vibes here...
